A couple years ago myself and Landon had been going to the gym on a regular basis. I even had a personal trainer for a year. My body had changed somewhat but I still felt like I was missing something. I never pushed myself at the gym and we were always there for at least 2 hours at a time. I had even tried classes to try to keep myself motivated so I wouldn’t get bored. Then my amazing friend Deanna Fester started doing CrossfFit for a while and was raving about it and she looked fabulous. She was everything that I had ever wanted to look like going to the gym. So we decided to try On Ramp at CrossFit Vernon as our Christmas present to ourselves and we have never looked back. Besides the fact it is only an hour, which gives me more time to do other things, the people and atmosphere are amazing and so motivating. I would recommend CrossFit to anyone. After all, who doesn’t want a personal trainer every time you work out teaching you proper movements and technique as well as getting a kick ass work out in that you can be proud you finished.
