Testimonial Time – Guy Greavette

A few years ago I received a phone call from a guy named Jeremy Meredith from CrossFit Vernon.
I didn’t know who Jeremy was but what intrigued me most was the fact that he sought me out to get
better at Olympic Weightlifting technique for CrossFit. Jeremy was keen to learn –
he is a dedicated individual who has a great work ethic and a great appetite to not only learn
but also has the ability to teach what he learns, very well. This kind of individual is rare to find
but when you do, everyone benefits and it becomes a pleasure to work with them. Jeremy is be
coming a great leader/teacher within the community of CrossFit. He realizes the benefits of
learning/teaching good technique which results in improved fitness and performance. This
knowledge transfers to all the members of CrossFit Vernon. What started out as just a
coach/ athlete relationship has grown to become a great friendship.
What can I say about Deanna – well she is one of the best Cleaners in the gym!!! Right about
now – her blood is probably boiling but this is really based on her max Clean at the Winter
Challenge – 225lbs – lol. Deanna is very similar to Jeremy when it comes to her passion,
dedication, work ethic, talent and of course that strong will and determination. She cares
deeply of others not only at CrossFit Vernon but within her own community. Always smiling
while at the same time encouraging others, plus one of the most positive individuals you will
ever meet. Look out World because Deanna Fester will soon be challenging the best they have
to offer in the sport of CrossFit – there is no doubt in my mind. It is a great pleasure to have been
able to get to know Deanna and develop a great friendship!!! Deanna – Not Bad!!!
When you put Jeremy and Deanna together you get a very powerful couple!!!
