Bear crawl forward and backwards
10 goblet squats
10 reverse lunge with jumps
5 frog jumps
WOD:
Tabatta:
Situps
Pushups
Squats
(alternating each time: for example: one round of situps, one round of pushups, one round of squats, then again situps…) for 8 rounds of each! That’s 12 minutes of tabatta fun!
