OUR Classes

Group Classes

We provide group classes that follow the CrossFit method of constantly varied, functional movements. This means you'll get a new workout daily to keep boredom at bay. All of our classes are led by experienced coaches that can prioritize your individual needs.

Personal Training

Personal Training is great for someone that requires a little more individual attention. Personal training is the most effective way to transform your body in the least amount of time. Your coach will build you a custom plan and hold you accountable every step of the way.

Nutrition

There are 168 hours in a week. Most people spend less than 3% of their time in the gym. The reality is that a flat stomach is not a function of training. For most people, the key to building a "dream body" is controlling their eating habits outside of the gym. Our nutrition programs can help you overhaul your lifestyle and get you results much faster than training alone.

Kids and Teens

The goal of our Kids and Teens program is to develop a life-long relationship with fitness. Through our kid's fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything you've seen elsewhere. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.

Legends

CrossFit Legends is a 55+ program (although you can start at any age!) This program provides all the benefits of CrossFit and group exercise but catered to "Legends" fitness needs. It's NEVER too late to start!

CrossFit Lite

CrossFit Lite provides all the great training you expect from CrossFit but with less focus on the more daunting barbell and gymnastics exercises. This program is great for someone with a busy lifestyle that wants to make time for a great workout at the end of their day.

Bootcamp

Our memberships come with open gym time so that you can come and train on your schedule. During open gym sessions, you can come in for unguided gym time and work toward your fitness goals. The coaching staff is available to assist you during any open gym session.

Yoga

Although yoga may seem contrary to the high intensity of our group classes, our classes perfectly complement your other workout experiences improving your flexibility. We have experienced instructors to guide you through lessons.
