CrossFit Vernon
We have exciting news for you, CrossFit Vernon. In three weeks we celebrate our fifth year anniversary of business, and we are delighted to announce that you are going to get a bigger, new gym space! Jeremy and Deanna have been looking to expand to a bigger facility for quite some time and have found exactly what we were looking for. We are absolutely DELIGHTED. You should see this place, it’s going to be unbelievable.
It is important to Jer and Dee that everyone understand that we are extremely proud of our current gym, and the philosophy that has built that gym. We love our community members and the atmosphere we have. Walking into our gym, you can feel that it is a special place. Jeremy built his gym on the foundation of values like integrity, honesty with clients, and quality of instructional coaching. We are dedicated to continuing this vision in our new space by keeping our class sizes small and capped at twelve, keeping our community members closely knit through our supportive environment, and continuing to offer our members the value and support they have come to enjoy.
Our expansion will allow our business to continue our established business growth in the following ways: offering more programs and opportunity to our members, enabling our current team more opportunity to develop their careers and the space to expand our team. Our new space will allow us to maximize the busiest of class times by having the potential to run multiple classes and activities at once, without being hindered by lack of space or equipment. Our new space allows us to introduce our Registered Massage Therapist to our team, who will offer his services right out of our facility! Also, Melissa Joa, our holistic nutritionist will have the opportunity to have her 1-1 meetings in our space. Our new space will also have a small mezzanine for members to chill out in, with a view of our gym floor, or for kids to quietly play with toys, or watch television, (unsupervised). Our new space will allow us to run a multitude of new classes, including an additional Olympic Weightlifting evening. (The potential to run more programs will be considered as we continue planning and developing our expansion plans.) Our new space will give us an opportunity to have more people enjoy the sport of CrossFit by opening our doors to Bootcamps, high performance youth training programs, competitions, seminars, nutritional support, sport specific training, and more 1-1 coaching opportunities.

➔ Our new location is: 1935 11th Avenue, which is on the corner of Middleton Way and 11th Avenue. This is located less than a kilometer from our current location! Our new gym space is 6325 square feet!!! (Our current space is 3600 square feet.)
➔ We hope to transition into our new space early September, but for sure before October 1st.
How you can help?
➔ We may call on some members to assist in a variety of ways if you’re open to helping out! Including painting, putting new flooring and equipment in, and the final move from our current space. We will keep you posted. If you know you’d like to help out one weekend, please contact Jer or Dee and let them know. If something comes up, we will know who to call.
➔If you have any questions for either Jeremy or Deanna please contact us! We are so excited to share this journey with each of you. Also, if you have a moment, please email Deanna any programs that you would like to see offered at CrossFit Vernon’s new gym space. It will take time for us to get everything we want but we would love to know what ideas you have.
