Testimonial Time!

Joining Crossfit has encouraged me to be a strong and happy teenager. When I first joined Crossfit teens, it inspired me to feel more confident about myself and also helped me improve on my skills and strength. I like Crossfit because it is always fun and pushes me to try new things and lift heavier each time!
Dee is my inspiration and she always pushes me to try my best! One day Iwish to be able to lift as heavy as her and maybe one day be as strong as her. Dee has always kept pushing and pushing me to try new things in Crossfit. I want to thank you for making it so much fun at crossfit and helping me improve in my skills.

CrossFit
Crossfit has changed my life in many positive ways. I’ve been doing crossfit teens for the past year and a half and there has been many positive outcomes.  Crossfit has affected me both physically and mentally.  I’ve learned to push through things no matter how challenging they are. I’ve learned great teamwork and motivation. Crossfit has given me strength, flexibility, and overall a different body image. Crossfit has strengthened me as a person on the inside and outside. I would not have been able to accomplish the way I am today with out the great help of Dee, Jeremy, and all the other crossfit members. I thank you all very much and look forward to the future years with everyone in Crossfit Vernon!
