Warmup: Foam roll for 10 minutes 3 rounds: 30 second quad stretch/side 30 second lat stretch/side 30 second front rack stretch/side Burgener + Barbell Cycling Cleans Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds: 10 wallballs 5 hang power cleans INTO: Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds: 7-10 burpees over the bar
