Warm-up:
-Lunge up the large set of stairs, run down side of path
-Calf Stretches
-Sumo Lunge Up wide stairs, run down side of path
-Quad Stretches
Set 1: run/walk warm-up
Set 2: 5 push-ups at each flight
Set 5: Two foot jump 1 flight/walk or run 1 flight
Set 4: 10 shoulder taps at each flight
Set 5: Run 2 at a time for 1 flight/run 1 flight (OR walk/Run alternating
flights)
Set 6: 10/side mountain climbers at each flight
Set 7: Cool Down
