AEMOM x 10:
1- Body Rows x 12 with supinated grip. Touch chest to bar near left hand, then switch to near right hand.
2 – 20 seconds hanging from bar in pullup grip, scissor kicking legs out in front of body. Straight legs. (Can also be done on floor if shoulders aren’t happy).
WOD:
12 minute AMRAP:
12 burpee pullups
12 situps
12 shuttle runs
12 DB Snatches
