With a partner or two, grab an assault bike.
30 seconds easy assault, 30 seconds hard. Then switch your partner.
5 rounds each!
Then:
Squat mobility
Front rack stretches
Clean and jerk practice
WOD:
*all the cleans will be from the hang:
40 air squats
4 clean and jerks
30 air squats
3 clean and jerks
20 air squats
2 clean and jerks
10 air squats
1 clean and jerk
