WOD:

21 Alt. Snatch ( use a dumbbell, kettlebell, water bottle filled with stuff, or get creative! )
15 Alt box step ups or stair step ups
9 Plank Shoot Through’s
In between each round, run 1 minute out from house, and 1 min back (totalling 2 min run)
