We are delighted to announce we will be offering three additions to our schedule.
The first two changes will occur the week following our Grand Opening. That is, the week of October 5th!
1.) Olympic Weightlifting on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
(Beginning Tuesday, October 6th.)
Our Oly class is so popular on Saturdays, we wanted to add a weeknight for those who find it challenging to sneak in on Saturday mornings. This class will have a cap of 10 spots, so make sure you sign up as soon as it’s available!
2.) CrossFit Lite on Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm. (Beginning Thursday, October 8th.)
Our CrossFit Lite classes are now available for you five nights a week!
3.) A FREE Introductory class 1-1 with a coach!
There are multiple options for these sessions, you can book them at a time that works for you! These are for anyone interested in trying CrossFit. These sessions are 1-1 with a coach and include an introduction into CrossFit. You can even bring a friend! Interested???
